About NextLeap Ventures

NextLeap Ventures was founded by former Intel employees and supports a network of over 200 investors — mostly Intel employees and alumni — who have made 1,500 individual deal commitments. Its venture fund has invested in 26 companies, focusing on early-stage Israeli startups developing breakthrough technologies that address global challenges.

Why Israel

Israel is known as Startup-Nation. Due to its thriving ecosystem of 7000 tech companies, multinational R&D centers, VCs, and founders, Israel has both more VC dollars invested and more unicorns per capita than any country.

As industry leaders note:

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang: “Our team in Israel is incredible. They’re hardworking, they’re smart, they’re dedicated.” Nvidia is building a new campus that is expected to scale to match Intel’s 10,000 employees in Israel.

Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella: “Israel, with the human capital that is here, is going to change the world”

Space X and Tesla CEO Elon Musk: “Innovation per capita, Israel must be number one by far in the world.”

We hope to see you there!

And a quick note from the Intel Alumni Network Board: if you’re able, please consider contributing to IAN — resources are a bit tight heading into 2026, and every bit of support helps keep the network strong. As an all-volunteer organization, every dollar helps.

If you know an Intel alum who hasn’t registered yet, invite them to join us!
